I turned 30 on Saturday December, 6th!
On Friday, Anita picked me up and we went to Max & Erma's for dinner with Jen, Stacy, & Sally.
We had a good time. I just stayed in on Saturday until it was time for dinner. We met a bunch of people (family & friends) at Macaroni Grill for dinner. After dinner we went to CJ Mahoney's for drinks. After getting the above photo with our free CC shirts, someone stole mine ON MY BIRTHDAY!! The nerve of some people. Thankfully I left my purse at home!
It was a great birthday and fun to celebrate with everyone.
On Sunday we went to TJ's baptism... He is such a cute baby!
Yesterday at work 2 people got laid off and another this morning. This is all due to the uncertainty of the auto industry. The Michigan unemployment rate is going to go through the roof! Hopefully the loan from the government will go through and help ease the pain around here.

Happy belated birthday! Looks like you had a great weekend of celebrations. :) I love the fun cake.
So sad about the layoffs. I hope someone can point us in the right direction soon. My own job is continuing to be iffy since I'm in commercial architecture and main focus the last few years was car dealerships. All of our work has dramatically slowed down and, no surprise, no new dealerships. Hoping 2009 is a brighter economic year!
Happy Belated Birthday! It looks like you had a great time, except for someone stealing your shirt.
I hope all goes well for you at work.
Happy Belated Birthday, Darcey. Looks like you had a wonderful weekend celebrating it.
I know what you mean about the Big 3.....my dh & I are just living one day at a time right, which stinks, but there's nothing else we can do. We've been getting his resume out there as much as possible, but so far, no luck :(
Very belated birthday wishes! What a fun time you had (except for the theft part)! Great photos!
I really feel for the ppl in Michigan. I hope something can be done soon.
Belated birthday wishes to you, Darcey! It looks like you had a lot of fun celebrating! I hope things start to look better at work very soon...what an awful time of year for all these people to have to go through losing their jobs...
